Beautiful, clear, copper hue, with a persistent, white, foamy head! Aromas of pine resin, grapefruit, and orange zest, burst out of the glass. Hello!!! My name is Marcus...I'm the newest addition to Innocence Beer Co. I've been homebrewing for a long time, have won homebrewer of the year, and tons of medals for my beers. I hope to add some brewing knowledge, grit, and love to team Innocence. I had been brewing under my homebrew name @brewery602 but felt right at home with the Innocence group.
Innocence Beer Co is officially on the rise! You know us for our big, flavorful, beers...and now you'll be able to enjoy them a little easier! We have been absent from social media for a bit. Life and love has been our priority. However, we have been patiently waiting for our barrel-love to send us a signal. We got it! Our tequila barrel-aged Grant’s Imperial Stout is ready. Barbas de los Muertos has been lovingly aged in an anejo tequila barrel for almost two years. We added some adjuncts such as cinnamon, ancho chiles, and coffee that perfectly enhance the unique herbal boldness of this one of a kind stout. #beer #homebrew #stout #tequila #barrelaged
